Overview
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. However, if you receive an item that is defective, stained, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product was sent, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
Ineligibility
We cannot accept items for return if they are used or altered from their original condition.
Additionally, we do not offer exchanges or returns due to color or shade mismatches. Please be aware that the actual colors of products may differ slightly from the images due to lighting and camera settings. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product description and specifications before completing your purchase. We strive to provide comprehensive details on each product page to ensure you have all the information you need before making a purchase.
Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the contact form available on our website or contact us via our Instagram or Whatsapp. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for your return or exchange request. Once we receive your request, we will process your exchange or refund through your original payment method. Please note that all return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
If we sent a faulty or incorrect product, we will exchange it without any delivery charges. However, if you wish to exchange a product for any other reason, you will need to send the item to our warehouse at your own expense, including your name and order number. Once we receive the product, our team will ensure it is in unused condition before shipping out the replacement item. A fee of Rs 250 will be charged to cover shipping, logistics, and administrative costs at the time of delivery of your exchange.
